The one that requires the most amount of theory and supposition without support is never the answer. It would also be going against Hulk's lengthy history.
Again, this Carver-argument is equivalent to saying that Hulk can't be knocked out ever, because he's healed from worse like being flayed alive.

It's a shit theory, created by Hulk apologists to give an excuse to soften the blow of the loss. It was presented immediately after the fight happened and it made me do a double take, forced me to read the fight again to see if I missed any details, and sure enough I didn't. It's completely made up.
(Not sure why an excuse was needed to lose to a Skyfather though. Always thought that was weird.)
Vector faced a much weaker Hulk. It's possible Zeus could have turned that younger version of Hulk into dust if he wanted.
There is nothing saying Hulk's HF goes up perfectly proportional to his strength level either.
