Revenge of the Sith Anakin Skywalker is a tier three with the likes of Fisto and Mundi, and only gets up to tier two with Plo, Kenobi, and Shaak when he's enraged. AOTC Anakin is clearly well below tier three and thus Fisto would take him convincingly.
