Can't drive.

I can't drive because of a brain injury I had when I was born.

Is there anyone else who can't drive for whatever reason?

I cant donate blood because of the diseases (and drugs to counteract those diseases) i was exposed to in Iraq and Afghanistan, but i can drive.

What a coincidence I also can't donate blood due to drugs..

Which is a shame though, because if someone got a blood donation from me they'd probably be high for 48 hours straight. That's beneficial, since you usually need a blood donation if something bad has happened, so who wouldn't want the recipient to be happy?
