Honestly I'd be inclined to consider Maul the weak link.

I think team two would win comfortably.

Luke's not going to be able to hammer through Obi-Wan's defenses like he did with Vader and if old Maul can compete with Ahsoka, then a prime Maul should put up a hell of a fight.
