Even without the armor. Jon's just straight up faster than her. Plus I'd say more skilled as well.
But with plot armour, she will probably trip and fall on her own sword as she is charging him. 😄
Seriously though, while Brienne has more one-on-one dual feats, most of those weren't exactly fair fights. She beat a weakened, starved Jaime, whose hands were bound. And she beat the Hound (with a lot of difficulty), when the guy had a large, infected wound.

10-4 to this.
Plot armor Jon decimates.
No plot armor Jon still wins, IMO, due to having fought all sorts of opponents in massive battles (wildlings at The Wall, the House Bolton forces at Winterfell, wights and a whitewalker at Hardhome).
I would put Jon and Brienne near the top of the GoT fighter-tiers, with guys like The Mountain, The Hound, and Oberyn perhaps being their betters.

He also beat that big-ass Wildling leader (Styr I think his name was) during the battle for Castle Black. This guy:
Tougher fighter? Jon took a beating from a White Walker. Jon should take both as of the two, only of them is at this point a literal battlefield God, slaughtering dozens of men without gaining a single scratch. All of Brienne's wins are against gimped opponents, while Jon just wins. Plus he's used to fighting people faster and more skilled and probably even stronger than her. She's basically a pale comparison of people he's bested.

Guess I'm getting them confused with book versions.

Styr? Lol. What, is that impressive because he's big or some shit?
The White Walker is the only solo kill that is even relevant here. Everyone else he's fought hasn't been anyone important, and no, Karl Tanner the fookin' legend of Gin Alley is not an impressive showing, not when he struggled against a scrawny crook who only had daggers when he himself was using a Valyrian Steel sword. AND WOULD HAVE LOST TO HIM lol.
So, the only individual who is even noteworthy is the White Walker, who had generic White Walker powers. Though if you recall Jon was losing that fight until he caught the Walker off-guard by blocking his blade with a Valyrian steel sword, and frankly there is no particular indication that White Walkers are particularly skilled combatants.
Other than that, Jon has just killed mooks. And frankly, who cares? Every named combatant of any skill has slaughtered a bunch of mooks. Brienne has, Jorah Mormont and the Poopskin boys have, Sandor Clegane has, etc.
Jon is definitely an impressive dude in the show, and is probably in the upper echelons of the series in manfighting, but see: he doesn't have much in the way of feats against established cool guys. There were extenuating circumstances, but Brienne did beat Sandor Clegane, and utterly dominated Jaime Lannister.
It's a hard comparison to make (since we don't know how Jon stacks up to top tier fighters, nor have we seen Brienne fight a top tier that wasn't in bad shape), but I don't know why everyone is just giving it to Jonboy.

Because he gets bonus points for punching Ramsay in the face. 😄

Brienne would take it, imo. Appears more skilled, likely better armor and likely stronger. She'll be bloody at the end though, Jon will make her fight for the win.
