Aside from Sidious and Yoda, who are the best duelists as of the Rebels era?

One time, still happened. So we did see it in the OT.

Now of course yeah it is far from what we see before, but to say they didn't isn't entirely correct.

If you're looking to examine Filoni's statement that much, then you'll note he says "flipS"(plural), not "fliP"(singular). Luke did the latter during his fight with Vader in ESB.

So yes, his statement very much holds true. 🙂

He did another flip though in ROTJ! Actually two one in that fight and the Sarlacc scene!
