Why would that matter? I understand you're trying to draw parallels between the Exile and Arcann but given Meetra's weaker then him in the first place it doesn't matter.

The opponent he did beat was better.

You know when it says sabers only it doesn't mean literally no use of the Force ( I.E. no augmentation ). If that were the case I'd agree the fight might have a different outcome.
