Who is the worst Lightsaber duelist of these three?

Out of these three mediocre duelists which one is very clearly the lead skilled? Is it Maul who loses to multiple less skilled opponents, Meetra who never beat anyone notable/got shitcanned by Nyriss, or Darth Bane who needed nexuses and armor in order to fight? Which duelist has the best combat record of these three?

Bane is the least skilled of these three, tbh.

Maul, tbh.

Still one of the most deadliest Sith apprentices of all time me shouldn't really be in this conversation just because he's messed up a couple of times.

The Exile was a lightsaber prodigy who learned lightsaber forms very quickly and went on to defeat Sion, Traya, and Nihilus.

Darth Bane was given private lessons by a blade master and was able to go against skilled lightsaber duelists such as Raskta Lsu (though he did have Orbalisks).

Old Maul dominated the inquisitors and fought evenly with Ahsoka.

They're all good, but I think Old Maul is slightly worse than the other two. Not because he's bad in any sense, but because other two are just better.
