TMNT vs. Asgardians
Leonardo and Raphael vs. Thor and Loki.
Round 1: Pure h2h
Round 2: Pure melee. Combatants get their weapons but Thor and Loki are not allowed to use their other powers. Thor gets Mjolnir and an extra short sword. Loki gets his scepter and daggers.
Round 3: Thor and Loki are fully armed and can use whatever powers they have. Leonardo and Raphael are joined by Michaelangelo and Donatello and all are fully armed.
Turtles are better combatants, but despite their high levels of strength, I'm not sure they can harm Thor or Loki, much, if at all. Their weapons would likely break against the aliens' skin.
A less than average Asgardian easy twisted a tactical knife in his hand like it was tinfoil without sustaining any damage in Marvel's AoS.

Sorry that line was misleading. I didn't mean that the sword was extra short, just that he got an extra sword that was short. So I should have said something like "he gets an extra shortsword."
