IN a new preview clip for SW Rebels Trials of the Darksaber Kanan mentions (near the end of the clip) that the Jedi won the war against the Mandalorians.

Interesting. The context of the war could be completely different from the one we know of, tho.

Of course but seeing as how they've included other Old Republic material I think it's at least closely connected.

Yeah I know. Though your comment was even more off topic than mine was, since Revan wasn't even mentioned in the video or anything alluding there. Sabine however was and she got mad, that her tactics were told off by Kanan who had to educate her on the Mando wars. So my comment was pretty in line with the video.

Ah yes that's true, however Sabine being angry also seems to fit because of her trying to use tactics that were helpful against Jedi, yet Kanan has to remind her that said tactics clearly didn't help much during the MW enough to actually stop the Jedi from winning. (Short term vs Long)

So either case, both weren't off topic in some form. Although see now we are heading off topic here, so let's just move along.

Oh it looks like a great scene. Just funny to see the generally serene Kanan loose it like that over virtually nothing. Though I'm sure it will make more sense in the context of the show.
