Batman 1 Million vs Reed Richards in a prep battle

Batman 1,000,000 has 1 year of prep time to defeat A-Monitor can he do it? Reed Richards also has 1 year of prep time to defeat IG Warlock? Who pulls it off or gets the closet? PIS off. Batman has to start within the same area of time, as Reed meaning basicly the prep in the current timeline for DC and Marvel. No outside help.

Doesn't the IG make you omniscient? So no matter what Reed tries, Warlock will know? He fails, in that case. Whereas there is at least a slim chance Bats can try something.

I thought Reed defeated the LT? I was trying to think of a being comparable to Anti-Monitor I guess Abraxas would have been better huh?

Alt Reed, plus...its was a weird story. Last Planet 2Stabdung, right?

IIRC, all these abstracts (inc the LT) had to combine to fight Galactus, and they were only described as being Solar System level in scope.

As DS said, that was an alternate Reed from the MC2 universe. His use of tech to 'beat' the cosmic beings(LT included) is somewhat dubious...

He then used it against the hierarchy -- essentially BFR'ing them with their own power(s):

...Not that it is a poor showing for any character to be bested by Reed-tech -- even the cosmic sort. After all, 616 Reed(who already possesses a universally/multiversally significant intellect, and has beaten quite a few cosmic beings with his tech in the past) said that many of his alternate versions possess a similar --or in some cases even greater-- magnitude of intelligence than himself:

Moreover, look at the guys firing at Galactus. Master Order/Chaos, In Betweener, Collector, Shaper of Worlds, Living Tribunal etc:
