Where does Carol Danvers rank in DC power levels?

Just finished the 2012/2014 solo runs for Captain Marvel

Where do you think she would rank in terms of DC characters? Who is at her level on terms of power and who is the most powerful character she could beat?

Maybe Aquaman which I could see going either way. As Binary maybe even Diana, which I might get flak on.

Carol is a bit vague. It does appear she got an editorial power boost, but it's hard to say exactly how much.

Isn't she now Top Tier...at least in the upcoming movies?

They began giving Carol a strong push around 2007, when she easily defeated Tiger Shark who was a decent match for Namor in terms of stats. Depending on the writer, she weighs in between at roughly mid to high elite top tier. Definitely top tier in her Binary form. She should be able to push Power Girl, or Supergirl in her Binary form.

Aquaman to Diana (average portrayal) levels. She's definitely above Tony
