Most likely, yes.

I wish they could have been a wee bit more subtle with it though.

She should be yes, I mean she grew up on a sand planet, is an awesome pilot, is extremely strong in the Force, Anakin/Luke's lightsaber called to her and Kylo seemed to know her.

Do we know that Rey does know her parents for certain? When is this stated?

It seems to obvious, but for some reason I feel like Star Wars (in the movie-verse) isn't creative enough to come up with a better reveal. Like some of the fan theories I've seen seem far to complex to be legit possibilities, as much as I would like some of them to be the case.
