Wonder Man has always been consider just a tiny bit below the classic Class 100 characters of Marvel in strength, Namor really only reaches those levels if hes in water.

Yeah, but Thor without the hammer (whilst he's still worthy, obv) is still as powerful as with Mjolnir. I mean, he's still as strong, can command lightning etc...
