How did Anakin and Obi-wan shoot down Dooku in "Dooku Captured"?

In TCW episode Dooku Captured, the duo manages to catch up to Dooku's sloop and shoot it down with the Twilight.

Dooku's sloop has a max atmospheric speed of 1600 kph while the Twilight tops out at 700 kph.

Dooku's ship has a max of 30G acceleration without the sail (1000G with) and the Twilight's is unkown.

In comparison Slave I has a max acceleration of 2500G
X-wing has an acceleration of 3700G

Do you think this is an early TCW f*ck up, or a legitimate portrayal?

They weren't in the Twilight when they shot Dooku down. Nor were they initially in atmosphere.

Lol.

Sorry, separatist shuttle. It tops out at 880 kph anyway so still about half of Dooku's sloop.

I'm assuming atmospheric speed refers to max sub-light speeds.

Well, there's the fact that I'm pretty sure Dooku has jack shit going for him as a pilot, while Anakin is one of if not the best pilot in the Galaxy.

Dooku always has his droid fly his sloop for him; and there wasn't any dogfighting anyway. They just caught up to him in a straight line and shot him down. Two vulture droids were escorting him and shot down the jedi.

Even better. Dooku has some droid flying towards him, and Anakin, one of the best pilots in the Galaxy, is able to aim at Dooku's ship with virtually no resistance since Dooku's ship isn't returning fire.

It was actually Kenobi who did the shooting but the point is that the vulture droids and Dooku's sloop are far faster than the shuttle the jedi were flying. They had a head-start yet the jedi caught up which doesn't make sense.

I think this shows kenobi's vastly stronger connection to the force

Yes the technicalities of a ship are tied to the force abilities of a user. You are very smart.
