Who wins and why?

The Dread Masters' powers are "insignificant" next to Sith inferior to Plagueis. Combine that with Plagueis' far greater skill level and you have the recipe for a stomp in his favor.

If they're really insignificant compared to Vitiate, then they shouldn't be able to top Plagueis, but to be honest it's hard to say with those guys.
