Kun wins, Ulic being confirmed to be far less powerful than him in his prime leaves him quite clearly open in Force, Darth Revan isn't going to save him at the expense of himself so yeh Kun definitely takes this.

Is this the quote that Kun was far more powerful than anybody else? I thought that just referred to Jedi?

Yeah, it refers to just the Jedi:

Oh. Now, there's a good argument. Although, to be fair, Ulic had his Force-sensitivity severed at the time.
