Then, Team 1 takes Force and All-Out, as Obi-Wan is ragdolled. HtH goes to Team 2 and Sabers may be debatable.

It would make sense for Anakin to be the strongest physically with his youth, cybernetics, and build, but does that mean he is a better fighter, or more skilled, than the others?

Almost breaking kenobi's arms when they were on even footing(kenobi only was able to break out after focusing himself and becoming less hindered than anakin).
Being ab;e to drive the air out of kenobi's lungs by slamming him when they were on even ground. Kenobi who himself has been able to tank and quickly get up from two kicks to the skull and a kick to the chest from maul(despite being in a bad state physically). Maul who even prior to tpm with force augmented strength could punch through durasteel droids(like the ones mace broke).
Breaking droids is well inside anakin's physical capabilities
