Punisher may win the fight, but the Nolanverse Batman films absolutely shit all over both crappy 2004 and 2008 Punisher films.

Except the fight scenes and choreography.

The Batman movies were so good that it didn't even matter that their fight scenes were lackluster.

That's all Punisher had going for it, it was an awful film.

I believe you mean, the fight scenes sucked more a$$ than Dexx at a Batman convention.

Action scenes in any action film do matter. The TDK films were good (well, maybe not TDKR) but they could have been so much better if the choreography hadn't been subpar.

Fight scene quality doesn't matter in a BATMAN movie.
