Satele takes Force and all-out.

there's nothing suggesting shan couldn't be more powerful than malgus, we just haven't seen shan in her prime and by virtue of not dying she had more time to grow power wise, of course skill and all out is another story.

Still, edging out/matching a pre prime ventress with favorable circumstances is perfectly on par with if not superior to any showing of shan's skill wise. Not to mention a strength and form advantage for oppress/
power wise I'm not sure mostly due to lack of knowledge, I'll let wollf,urs and dc battle that out

Savage is the better combatant and, despite being less masterful, has a lot of raw power packing -- more than Satele, even.

Yeah. Savage fodderising Jedi masters pre-prime, demolishing Adi Gallia, beating Koon and given Kenobi trouble > Satele losing to Malgus. And Force wise besides the Hex droid feat Savage matches her pound for pound, and surpasses her in various places. She might take Force through superior mastery, but loses the rest, if not Force as well is Savage becomes sufficiently enraged.
