I mean it depends on the version of Frost I guess, I think there might be a version who can just drain solar energy from cells ala Superman which would obviously wreck Roberto.


She's taken multiple hits from herald level beings : Jade, Donna Troy, Green Lantern, etc.. and survived. She'll do just fine vs Sunspot even without heat draining powers in effect.

This is a common misconception. Frost doesn't *just* absorb heat by physical contact with the being(s) and/or their blasts... She can actually PULL the heat out of them against their will... No physical contact required:

Couple that with Frost's ability to absorb all of the ambient heat out of the atmosphere, ice constructs that can weather assaults from beings like Firestorm, her control over said ice/h2o(she is certainly not limited to 'basic' ice constructs), and there is really no possible way for Sunspot to win this, imo.
