Damian wayne vs X-23

Who wins between these two killer's?

X-23 ftw.

I want Damian to win but X-23 has the edge

Pretty sure that X-23 would outclass Damian in every category except maybe skill and equipment, and Damian will be hard pressed to use stealth on her
