This QS vs Exodus stuff is irrelevant... either way, Exodus doesn't have feats to contend with DC's speed. Cable and Nate definitely aren't as fast, but they have defined speed feats, and they don't need to be as fast in order to react with TK.

If Exodus survives the opening seconds, it's because of his teammates.

It was to show they couldn't communicate with him and more often then not has showered he is no where close to light speed

Dan Slott admitted the word was wrong - he meant that he was too fast to be contacted by radio waves.

In the same run, he's repeatedly shown not to be even near that.
