Bizarre CANNOT access his power like Superman can.

DoS DD vs Bizarro is 50/50.

Superman frozen Bizarro with freeze breath for minutes. Either bizarro is not very strong or Superman's freeze breath is easily trans level.

Even though DOS is probably Doomsdays weakest form, it still took Superman, Maxima, Guy Gardner, Bloodwynd, Booster Gold, Fire, Ice, Supergirl (Matrix) and Lexcorp weaponry to finally beat him. That seems like alot more than I think Bizzaro can bring.

At first, I thought he won because B does not hold back, so he would be at the level Supes was at the end of DoS, when he stopped holding back.

Carver's scan reminded me that actually, he has even more mental blocks compared to Supes, so can't even access that extra power.

Hence, he loses.
