Nah, Surik's more powerful than Jinn, just slightly less skilled. The hindrance of Malachor might've been enough to give Jinn the win, since I hold skill to be a more pertinent edge than power (particularly since Surik appears to be more of the dueling type), but as I said, I wasn't completely sure on that. She could well win three.
Nyriss's "casual Lightning feats" were on a nexus and not better than Dooku's.
I hold Surik in just as high of esteem as I did before, I just rank PT characters higher than I did before.

I fail to see how she's less skilled when not only has she mastered all lightsaber forms, but is surpassing Kreia-already an excellent swordswoman massively pre-prime- mid-game as a swordswoman, and being so much better than Atris, another master lightsaber duelist whom is herself > Kavar, with the complete knowledge of dozens of holocrons containing Sith lightsaber techniques that Atris was no match in a duel.
Not only that, but given Scourge's scaling, Surik is > Leneer, Kaedan, Zallow, Karr, Daral, Braga, Shan and Darach over-all.
Which only makes it a better feat for Surik given that she's the one being compared here.
Oh and Nyriss was reducing armoured guards to charred husks with a fork of lightning and ashed herself with an FLS despite throwing up an instinctive barrier. Dooku merely killed a bunch of unarmoured mercenaries with a larger spread and, being generous with TCW feats, was knocking out Anakin after excessive volleys. His best lightning feat is a canon feat and thus doesn't apply to Legends Dooku.
