preboot versions of both would have elektra taking this fairly handily most of the time. katana was always solid, but def a notch below the top or close-to-the-top tier guys like elektra/daredevil/grayson. recently her powers have been increased some, which is cool actually since i always thought she deserved a little more respect. still, skill-wise elektra should have it over her. i'd need to see the new katana taking down a high level MA in dc (some of at least nightwing/dick level) before i'd give her the nod over elektra, who is consistently displayed as a top level marvel MA. /shrug
