If the Marvel, DC team gets slaughtered. They gets help from Dr. Strange, Enchantress and Apocalypse.
Which team wins and why?
Rather than adding more, maybe just try them against the JLA or the Avengers first. Simplify, rather than complicate.
I would argue that Superman and Wonder Woman alone are already huge threats. So are Thor and Hulk. And you are stipulating bloodlusted, which means they are going all out from the beginning.

Meliodas has done things like destroy a massive dungeon with the side effects of a casual arm wrestling with Ban. The said dungeon was under a spell that not even 10 tyrant dragons could destroy it(a single tyrant dragon can level an entire town).
Full Counter allows Meliodas to reflect their attacks back at the enemy with twice the power.
This is also while being weakened. A full power Meliodas has done this.
Ban can steal the opponent's force to increase his own. Plus hes regen is pretty absurd.
Also Diane's Mother Cathastrophe did this.
Not saying the Sins would win. But I don't think they would be defeated by Thor or Bana Hulk.

I agree - they have awesome abilities. But, just to give an example, you have Superman and Quicksilver in your Marvel/DC team, who are now bloodlusted. Quicksilver is the guy who can run into a house after an explosion started and save dozens of people before the explosion finishes. Imagine what he can do when he's going full-out, killing people. Superman is no slouch himself - an angry Superman who combines his speed and his other powers is not just dangerous - he's a nightmare.

This is Ban, the Fox Sin of Greed.
He's been held in a dungeon for five years, being tortured. Hearing Meliodas, the captain of the Seven Deadly Sins (and the Dragon's Sin of Wrath) is back, he snaps his chains and kicks down the steel door to his cell, with iron spikes still piercing his body. Seconds after he pulled the spikes out of his body, he is fully healed. When an apprentice Holy Knight attacks him with a sword, he uses her attack as an opportunity to shave his beard.
Turns out, Ban is immortal and can regenerate from any wound. He only hung out in the dungeon, allowing himself to be tortured, because he was bored and lonely and missed his friends.
His special attack is Snatch, which allows him, amongst other things, to steal the physical abilities of his opponents, including speed, stamina and raw strength, and add it to his own, thus strengthening himself and weakening his opponent.
This is Meliodas, the captain of the Seven Deadly Sins and the Dragon Sin of Wrath.
You do not want to make him angry.
He is a 3,000 year-old demon and when he gets angry he looks a bit like this.
He once got lost in his rage and destroyed the entire Kingdom of Danafor. His special ability is Full Counter, which allows him to reflect magic attacks aimed at him back at the enemy, but with much greater power; therefore, the stronger the opponent's powers are, the rebound becomes. There are some drawbacks and limitations to this ability.
He is most well-known for his skills with the sword and for his pure physical prowess. This is what happened when he and Ban met each other again for the first time in ten years.
