A solid trans tier like SMP. Thanos, Amazo. Even at WBH levels a good trans tier using their abilities intelligently like say Doc Strange should give him a solid fight. He shouldn't/hasnt displayed strength near Skyfather so trans is hulks cap

Depends on the incarnation of DD. WWH is about DoS level maybe a bit lower.
