Yoda is relatively much stronger and capable combatant. I am inclined to say Yoda. Those dam techniques tho.
If Yoda makes his move first and maintains the momentum, he might be able to prevent Darth Traya from unleashing her Force Drain powers and make short work of her.
If Yoda waits for Darth Traya to make her move, he needs to find a way to negate her Force Drain powers. Otherwise, he would be in trouble.
