hmm, impressive stuff. the speed could be an issue for sure if he uses combat speed with any regularity. bill wasn't overwhelmed by ss though. how was he contained? what if bill simply absorbed him, or drained his power? def impressive showings, but bill has some pretty impressive stuff too. galan knows both pretty well, so if you're taking cap that's a solid endorsement though.
