a noldor ranger for example could increase his strength

made myself one but I'm not very happy about the options.I cannot put my daggers in the back as they are, the arrows are there and only arrows.

As seen at Helm's Deep and in the Suege of Barad Dur on-screen, Elves do wear plate sometimes. But it looks far more elegant and graceful than the stuff humans wear.

That said, Elrond was in a rather more traditional plate suit at the start of FOTR, in that Barad Dur flashback..

You HAVE to be kidding!

Remember in LOTR they valued Frodo's Mithril shirt as being worth more than the entirity of the Shire.

Mithril is about 100 times more common in the priod we play in but even so, the use of mithril is HYPER rare.
