Most sources don't formally recognize Anakin as Vader until after Mustafar.
Caedus would get plowed over by Knightfall unless he brought all his esoteric powers to the front and avoided a direct battle via Force Fold, which we never seen him actually do. Even then Knightfall might still pull through.

Force:
1. Luke Skywalker
2. Darth Sidious
3. Valkorion / Yoda
4. Valkorion / Yoda
5. Darth Plagueis
6. Darth Krayt
7. Raynar Thul
8. Revan
9. Kyp Durron
10. Starkiller
11. Dark Apprentice
12. Darth Caedus
13. Knightfall Vader
14. Exar Kun
15. GethzerionExcluding Nihilus and Vaylin, 'cause ranking those chars anywhere is cancer.
I mean, sure; Kun has that Hatred he used against the Sith Wyrm. But that was amped.
1.It wasn't even the entire frigate, but what was left of it.
2.Yoda was telekinetically manhandling two Trade Federation Dropships which are hilariously bigger than a Nebulon-B.
3.Kun didn't just shit on the wyrm, he was disintegrating potentially hundreds of Massassi. The text states the rage is from his own heart. Kun has three massive power increases after that.

Starkiller obviously has far more raw power than Revan, but Revan is far better at bringing his power to bear.
On the subject of such, I think one of the main issues with Caedus is his lack of direct showings like Revan has.
Most of his greatest feats in the Force are in the esoteric realm. He has few tremendous telekinetic feats.
Well, that whole list is above the 80% of RotJ Sidious mark (what I've often referred to as "the Vader threshold"😉.
Hope you can at least understand how I drew those conclusions. Even if you disagree.
Besides, weaker Force-users take out stronger ones all the time. Just take a look at what Cade did (even though it was, admittedly, a cheap-shot).
