A new, perfect costume to symbolize a new age.

No circus strongman trunks. No collar. No armor lines. The right amount of yellow.

This is the best Supes costume ever.

Yes. But their merging pre52 superman with new52 superman. Meaning feats from both characters can be applied to the "new" superman

Some think this will also been a strength bump but I don't think so

It's not garbage, it's the second best costume I've seen though.

Best, of course, is the classic with the undies. Really missing something without that extra red. Problem is, the old doesn't translate well onto real life actors in film, but I'm 100% ok with there being a small difference between between the comics and film versions.

I don't know about a power-up with the merger, but New 52 Superman is, based on direct feats, considerably stronger than Pre-Flashpoint Superman as he was before New 52 [that seems to have changed with him coming back, and being stated to be his exact equal but, then again, that's 10 years later]. Bench the Earth for 5 days without breaking a sweat, or stopping Brainiac's ship is far beyond the PF version who was 100% of the time portrayed as struggling with celestial bodies, needing other heroes' help, and sometimes failing.

It's weird for me to have a costume instantly enter top 3 all time, but that did the first time I saw it.

Art is subjective so one woman's trash..etc etc. Personally I'm partial to the Supermans original costume. It was simple and regal at the same time. This new Clarks supposed to be some super saiyan merger of old and new right? They left out the red boy shorts. Not a big fan of this current one but whatevs...im sure it'll grow on me
