Really depends how far they push that R-Rating.

eg Imagine if Deadpool 3 were to be PG-13, that would not sit well with continuity and the film would probably suck because of the PG-13 rating.

Deadpool also pushed the R rating to its max though. If Venom is R because of just a bit of violence/gore and they lay off the swear word every minute, cocaine abuse, anal sex, baby dicks, fisting etc.; then they could probably get way with a PG-13 sequel later on.

So Eminem is making the soundtrack for this...
