Vader was getting trashed left and right during the Jedi Purge. Too many examples to even count.

Classic Vader's weaker than DR, but if we're scaling from TFU, then he wins.

Not sure what you mean. Vader was stomping and blitzing Jedi shortly after he got the suit.
