Nekron embodies both death AND oblivion, though. Infinity, on the other hand, only embodies HALF of Eternity's being. So if we were using Marvel standards, it'd be: Eternity+Infinity = Oblivion+Death = Nekron > any one of those concepts/beings individually.

...At least in my opinion. /shrug
