Actually, there is a proper answer to be given, and it's that Dooku absolutely slaughters her.

You can't take KOTOR feats at face value necessarily.

Why not? Take them at face value and Dooku still slaughters her.

Dooku's factually a better swordsman than the Exile as a Jedi, and grew faster, stronger and more skilled as a Sith Lord. He wins, no question.
