So DSentry is there in scenario 1? If so the probes are screwed.

Hell, the probes are screwed in scenario two also. Hyperion and other big guns can take some out. Reed Richards has answers for them. Etc,,,

If Doomsday can punch through them and Aquaman can damage them and Wonder Woman can damage them along with Superman, Hulk can and will damage them just like he damaged Adamantium Ultron with a single hit.
