Can a spin-off film *star* Darth Vader?

I'm not sure it would make much sense... since that's what we have Episodes for.

Well we technically have already had one that starred Anakin.

But thats what Kenobi is for right? And Ahsoka too?

That is true; I wouldn't be surprised if we got a major one starring Vader at some point in any event. I mean, I think if we got one starring Vader at all it would more likely be a spin-off film rather than part of a new flagship trilogy/series, and there's certainly financial incentive to do one.
