You hit the nail on the head, Vault.
Who would've thought that Fox's X-Men-verse - out of all the comic book big screen universes - would be the one to capture what a speedster should look like on the silver screen + have by feats the fastest speedster in their stable. Not to say the others aren't impressive, but Singer and co. going the Looney Tunes characterization for Quicksilver in DoFP and Apoc puts him on top.

I'd swap Supergirl and MCU Quicksilver but pretty much agree with everything.
Zoom was actually pretty fast. Especially his final feat. But FOX-Silver just had ridiculous feats way too unbelievable for it to be anyone but him on top.
He got to a few miles outside the mansion, several seconds after itexploded, and saved at least 40 people while screwing around. The only person he didn't save was Havok, who was dead before he got there.
