When I first posted this link in this thread, I was surprised to find India comprising 3.9% of KMC's total viewership, because I didn't expect even a percentage point. But check out what percent it accounts for now in 2020!

Indeed. If memory serves, his own ability to electromagnetically "shield" local areas is partly responsible, operating on a principle somewhat like that described here in Uncanny X-Men #341.
(I always envision this scene with the Enya song China Roses playing in the background; probably because it WAS playing in the background as some Christmas advert when I read this part for the first time.)
