Canon: Could Sidious have known Plagueis's midichlorian manipulation?

In Palpatine's reciting of the Tragedy of Plagueis the wise, he mentions that Plagueis taught him everything. In Canon (no Legends) is there anything that hints that Sidious had the power to revive Padme? On the Panel Mcdiarmid says it's left purposefully ambiguous, did Sidious really have the power to revive Padme or was he just goading Anakin to become Vader?

Depends. In Canon, we only have Palpatine's word, and he claims that Plagueis taught him everything but also that only Plagueis could save others from death. Then there's him ambiguously keeping Vader alive.

At the moment, there's no material favouring either direction, so it's entirely arguable.
