Most of the members of the JLA would utterly solo the Fantastic Four. Superman, Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, etc.

Deathstroke > Black Panther, by far. In terms of skill, Black Panther can be matched by Black Widow and Captain America. Deathstroke casually overwhelms characters like Dick Grayson and Batman, who would beat either of those two with little effort, in hand to hand combat.
