Pretty much. These guys are all about equally strong, durable, and skilled--though the skill part tends to be less relevant than it should.

From the OP Thor still gets lightning, that evens things more than if he were limited to fists.

Even tho Thor is the strongest Team 2 will have to work for it as Team 1, T2 6./10 the hammer bros have a good record working with each other

This could really go either way. The stats all around are close. I'd take team two because of teamwork if nothing else.

If this is a straight up brawl, which I think is what the intention is, then T1 should win more often than not.

Hercules can beat Thor in a fist cuff fight for a high majority and Orion would lose to Bill. Hercules vs Bills equal Herc for the majority.
