Cho hasn't displayed the ability to go WBH so in his case its just eye glowing.

Thor 2 is something Hulk has never faced and in a battlezone it would be really hard to argue that Hulk could stand up to that simply because of doubt. Thor 1 would get bodied since there is a precedent where he's floundered against lesser versions of Hulk

That sums it up about as well it can get I guess. I agree.

Hulk eyes tend to glow like that and it's not because of World Breaker. Every time WB showed up, he had green energy surrounding his body. Every single time.

This isn't World Breaker. He even admits it during his convo about which Hulk has shown back up.

I think he may have calmed down some later in the encounter, but the Hulk you posted with the glowing green eyes and world shaking footsteps , giving off a green aura, is without a doubt world breaker Hulk. Because WWH never did that until he was going WBH.
