Round 1 - Standard gear. They start at opposite ends of a cluttered, old warehouse.
Round 2 - Regular clothes. No weapons. Pure H2H in the middle of the street.

- Both opponents are operating at their peak.
- PIS/CIS is off.
- Win via KO/Death.

Batman with gear thanks to being covered with bullet proof armor

Daredevil without due to being waaaay more skilled and stealth being useless against him

That would make more sense. But apparently the film universe is called the DCEU. No idea why.
