Its definitely possible for vos to beat ROTS Kenobi(not rebels Kenobi), though you could argue he couldn't do it for a majority thanks to Kenobi being more powerful.

Being only "perhaps" less skilled than Dooku (which is listed separately from his style edge) is better than Kenobi can say for himself compared to Dooku

Vos beat superior versions of Ventress to one Kenobi beat

And Vos has also beat grievous despite lacking Kenobi's form advantage over him.

Force-wise there's a gap though. While Vos has shown supremacy to Ventress, Kenobi has shown parity with post tcw Anakin(post being able to ragdoll Ventress) despite him still having 5 months to grow. And while Vos and Kenobi both were rag dolled by Dooku, there's a possibility that power wise that Kenobi could counter that thanks to the junior novel even though he lacked sufficient speed.

Really it could go either way as of rots with vos being more skilled and Kenobi being more powerful.

Actually, if we're accepting mace's in fight growth vs sids to be permanent, then given how similar Kenobi's situation was vs Anakin(and that its in the exact same novel), it would be unfair not to give that power growth to Kenobi coming to terms with and letting go of his attachment to Anakin.

But then arguably you would have to give that same growth to vos for him overcoming an emotional confrontation in his fight vs Dooku

Rebels Kenobi, being more powerful and skilled than his rots would beat vos though
