it consists of energy shields, a teleporter, vibranium claws, energy guantlets, and a suit that absorbs energy and allows him to redirect it back at his enemy in a sort of kinetic force push. He still has the king of the dead upgrades btw.

So hes like what mid meta? I recall him having his own version of hulk buster armor recently. Hes gettin kinda op with these power ups

Marvel won't stop until he's a high level skyfather. Almost forgot, he has a computer in his suit that recently allowed him to hack into Galactus' ship in moments without having had prior contact with it.

caps skill, superhuman stats, and inability to give up coupled with panther's respect of cap makes this a solid yet respectable loss for cap.
