Yeah. The first Hellboy movie was CRIMINALLY Underrated. The sequel was good but just didn't quite regrab the first movies mojo.

^ Yeah, I didn't like Golden Army nearly as much either, personally. But I still wanted del Toro to be able to finish his Trilogy...

Oh well. This looks good, too, so hopefully it'll be fun, with some more blood and violence.

Biggest Complaint about Golden was Seth Macfarlan's Ghost Smoke Character. He was just a tad to cartoony and over the top for my taste. Whole Movie kind of fell into that trap actually. That and Abe suddenly not needing his Breathing gear with now explanation other then Cause Plot kind of annoyed me. The Bad Guy was cool (Very Elric of Melinbone) and the part with the Golden Army was kick ass.

Well it was originally subtitled "Rise of the Blood Queen".... So Yeah it must be.

I don't understand it. If they were going to mimic Del Toro's version (and doing it badly judging by the trailer), why didn't they just bring back Del Toro? O_o

Yebo. Pity Del Toro and Perlman can't finish, but this looks like it might be fun in its own way.

Yeah, Perlman's was good for what it was. I just think a character from hell should be more gritty than playful. So I'm excited about the more "Deadpool/Logan" approach they're taking here.

Still wish Perlman came back. He felt born for the role and like Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, should never have had it taken from him. David Harbour has the look for Hellboy but the moment he yelled "I'm On YoUr SIIIIIDE!!!" worries me. The tone in his voice was...oi.

You're not likely to get much out of Fly other than comments about Leftists. lol.

Although I was surprised to hear him go into more specifics about Hellboy 2. He gets some credit there.. ha
