was wondering specifically if cannonball's 'blast field' could deflect or outright negate Rogue's touch

If she can't touch him through is blast field, she's phugged. IMHO Cannonball wins. It takes A LOT to overwhelm his field and I don't think Wonderman's strength would do.

Yes and it took the combined assault of multiple heroes, that included Savage Hulk/Iron Man/Human Torch/etc.., to do it.
